Vitpol provides a thorough and wide range of building services, including various temporary and permanent structural work, mechanical and electrical installations and upgrades, as well as specialist stonework and high-quality finishes in all aspects of a job. All projects are managed to a high standard, with a clear line of communication from the client, straight through to the workforce, and on-site health and safety is carried out to the satisfaction of all CDM requirements.

STRUCTURAL WORKS

We undertake all aspects of temporary and permanent works, including steel structures and groundwork, underpinning and piling for basements. We work to a structural design procured by ourselves or the client, with good practice in general.

QUALITY FINISHES

We ue the highest quality products, well-refined processes and the utmost care to ensure the highest level of quality in our polished and specialist finishes, including paintwork and graining. Equal amounts of effort are used in the unseen build up, for example behind skirting boards, carried out with as much care as the final finish.

SPECIALIST STONE WORK

We source various UK or direct overseas suppliers of any popular and semi-precious stone, depending on the client's needs, providing bespoke, specialist stonework including water jet cutting and CAD/CNC, bookmatching and laid-in stone.

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL

We use consultants to survey and design entire mechanical and electrical installations, with our in-house staff accredited to install and commission all mechanical and electrical aspects of a job. We provide new incoming mains services, as well as upgrades to existing incoming mains (e.g. 1 phase to 3 phase), coherent to all local authorities.

MANAGEMENT AND DESIGN

Our projects are carried out in line with the programme, with clear liaison and flow of information from client to workforce. The team are SMS/DS trained and management of on-site health and safety is performed to the satisfaction of all CDM requirements.
