Bespoke Joinery - Building Services

Vitpol offers a wide range of bespoke joinery and finishes, using various exotic woods and materials as well as precious metals, all done in house using our state of the art eqipment and refined process to ensure that we can offer you a comprehensive and inclusive design service.

SPECIALIST FINISHES

Vitpol offers a wide range of specialist unique finishes, with a dedicated in-house paint shop and separate veneer workshop. We integrate various leathers and fabrics into the design, as well as exotic hard woods and stone, marble and quartzite.

ARCHITECTURAL METALWORK

We use a vast array of metals including brass, steels, chrome, nickel and other precious metal plating alongside an oven hardened lacquering process - a very hard wearing finish on metal, typically used on musical instruments. We can then integrate these various decorative metals into elements of the joinery and the building as a whole.

THE WORKSHOP

We have a workshop comprising of 25 experienced joiners, carpenters, upholsterers and metalworkers, all fully trained to undertake each of the stages in the production process. Our workshop is fully equipped with state of the art equipment to allow our experienced staff to carry out these processes in-house.

PRODUCTION

The selection of the right materials is made simpler by a well-established supply chain of standard and rare timbers, metals and upholstery. Presented to the client and designers in a series of samples, not only as an aid in the design process but as a good insight into the final aesthetic of a particular piece. Eventually our joinery is built by highly skilled craftsmen who have been developing their trade for generations and using equipment which is second to none.

DESIGN SERVICE

Vitpol offers a comprehensive design service - we produce shop drawings using CAD, which then enables the cleint to have a greater insight into the production prceess and final product. We have a very wide collection of samples, with various finishes to choose to from to enable our client to visualise the design process.
