Vitpol Building Services was established in 1999 by Vitek Szamfeber who has a lifetime experience in the building industry. The company has grown from a family run business, expanding the workforce due to demand and establishing in house bespoke joinery and stone workshops. There are now 170 members of the Vitpol team working together to provide a comprehensive service to architects, designers, developers and private individuals, offering design and build, property refurbishment and new build advisory, planning and implementation.

We provide a thorough and wide range of building services, including various temporary and permanent structural work, mechanical and electrical installations and upgrades, bespoke joinery as well as specialist stonework and high-quality finishes in all aspects of a job. All projects are managed to a high standard, with a clear line of communication from the client, straight through to the workforce.

Skilled Team

Our Organisational structure comprises of the Director, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Draughtsmen, Site Managers, Foremen and a cadre of various Tradesmen including certified: Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Decorators, Tilers, Audio Visual Specialists, Bricklayers, Steelworkers, Roofers, Lead workers, a Blacksmith and Labourers.

We aim to dedicate an adequate measure of management to each project, allowing a good level of information flow as well as programming and quality control. We ensure that all of our staff are highly trained, but are also very lucky to employ many tradesmen who have been learning their craft through generations and are able to offer exceptional results, even for the most demanding building, joinery restoration projects.
